Shadowslave Feature Twice at Cottingham SpringFest 2025

25 May 2025

As a band with only a handful of gigs under their belt, Shadowslave secured their eight and ninth gig at Cottingham Springfest this year.

The band played King William IV on the Friday, with a late 11pm start time, headlining the night in front of an intimate crowd. The band suffered with sound issues throughout the set but played on to deliver a memorable night.

On the Saturday, the band played the Hallgate Tavern at 4pm to a packed out crowd and recovered on their sound, thanks to some great mixing by Darren Bunting. Members of the audience could be seen hours after the show, singing parts of the chorus to their infectious self titled song, Shadowslave.

The band return to the stage on May 30th as they join friends, Tempersflared, in their home town of Bridlngton, playing at the Bull & Sun from 9pm.
